Job Description

Perform evaluations and treatments as needed while ensuring the highest quality of care. Write clear, realistic, measurable goals tailored to individual patient needs. Treat patients with respect, dignity, and privacy. Motivate patients to participate in therapy. Use creative therapy interventions aligned with patients’ interests to achieve positive outcomes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop care plans. Accurately document patient progress, including qualitative and quantitative data, within designated timeframes. Demonstrate effective use of the computer system in accordance with company policy.

If applying for an outpatient position, you must possess an active AHA (American Heart Association) CPR certification.
