Job summary

UF Health Brain Wellness in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am–4:30pm. You will examine and evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and measure progress to achieve optimal outcomes.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, Florida licensure, and ASHA CCC, with BLS. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is part of a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Current Florida license as Speech-Language Pathologist required.
• ASHA CCC certification required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience; fellowship acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Examine and evaluate patients and develop effective treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with the care team in Brain Wellness setting.
