EDU Healthcare is seeking a full-time, onsite School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support district partners during a short-term leave assignment beginning this spring. You will work with students, educators, and support teams in a school setting to make an immediate impact.

The role involves evaluating and diagnosing disorders, developing IEPs, providing direct therapy, and collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active SLP license in Delaware or eligibility to obtain before start.
ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply.
Experience working with school‑aged children preferred.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Knowledge of IEP processes and therapy documentation.
Experience in a school-based setting with built-in holidays.
Collaborate with educators and support staff to impact student success.
Therapist-owned organization with access to materials, PD resources, and CEU reimbursement.
