Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Track/document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
- Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
- Assign patients to the team members
- Collaborate with Facility case management for discharge planning and patient care management
Qualifications
- Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
- Valid State Speech License and Credentials

- Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients’ physical, mental, and emotional well‑being.
- Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
