Creative Health Solutions in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a passionate Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility with Assisted Living and Memory Care. You will develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' speech, language, and cognitive skills within a collaborative clinical team.

• Valid State Speech-Language Pathologist license and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer therapy programs aimed at improving patients' speech, language, and cognitive skills.
• Work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans and patient outcomes.
• Continuously educate patients and their families on therapeutic procedures and techniques.
• Stay up to date with the latest therapy techniques and methodologies.
