Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide adult/geriatric therapy, focusing on improving communication, independence, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will deliver patient-centered care, work with interdisciplinary teams, and enjoy flexible scheduling with strong opportunities for mentorship, clinical autonomy, CEU support, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs.
