The Speech Language Pathologist role at Therapy Management Corporation is designed to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy. You will deliver speech therapy services in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in state of practice or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited SLP program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and deliver personalized speech therapy to improve communication and swallowing.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies supporting functional independence in adults and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation, monitor progress and adjust plans based on rehabilitation needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
