Therapy Tree in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join a team of therapists serving children. The role includes evaluation, diagnosis and treatment within a multidisciplinary setting, collaborating with SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, OTs and COTAs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, or university equivalent
• _ MUST _be able to supervise assistants
• Current AZ SLPlicensure
• Fingerprint clearance card
• Must supplyliability insurance
