Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Florence, SC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Full-Time Floater team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role emphasizes patient‑centered care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and commitment to clinical growth.

You will evaluate and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, develop personalized care plans, and maintain compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice (South Carolina).
• New grads welcome; mentorship available.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes and maintain documentation.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
