Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver therapy services in accordance with clinical standards across diverse care communities. You will screen, evaluate, and implement treatment plans, manage discharge planning, and coordinate with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

The role requires maintaining licensure, staying current with guidelines, and contributing to a robust program through collaboration, mentorship, and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver SLP services per standards and ensure high-quality care.
• Screen and evaluate patients; develop and implement treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with facility staff to support patient outcomes.
• Uphold professional conduct and protect patient confidentiality.
