Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high‑quality SLP services in Ohio. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff to ensure compliant, patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, case management, and maintaining strong professional standards while staying current with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Speech-Language Pathology services to patients per standards and protocols.
• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Discharge planning and case management with facility staff.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Improve patients’ communication and swallowing abilities through therapy.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of SLP programs.
• Stay informed on licensing and regulatory changes affecting practice.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
