Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver therapy services to patients in accordance with professional standards and Reliant’s guidelines. You will conduct screening, develop and implement treatment plans, and coordinate discharge planning while collaborating with facility staff to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and valid state license.
• Experience delivering SLP services and developing treatment plans.
• Knowledge of billing models and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct provision and oversight of speech therapy.
• Contribute to the development and sustainability of a robust SLP program.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on developments in speech-language pathology and healthcare regulations.
