Qualifications

• License as Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• Position open to SLPs at all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders and create care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment for speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Evaluate outcomes and modify services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries in accordance with regulations and clinical requirements.
