Job summary

Aspire Educational Services (AES) is seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists for full-time and part-time roles in Philadelphia area schools. You will work with students across PreK-12, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with IEP teams to support communication and swallowing needs.

AES emphasizes service quality, flexibility in scheduling, and a supportive, compassionate environment. Eligible candidates must hold a Master’s in Speech Therapy and an SLP license with PDE

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license or certificate and PDE certification.
• Proof of professional liability insurance.
• Experience in a PreK-12 school setting.
• Valid driver's license and ability to procure registration and insurance.
• Must pass required state and federal background checks and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess, develop, and execute individualized treatment plans for speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
• Monitor students as they carry out assigned tasks.
• Identify need for and refer to other disciplines to address comprehensive student needs.
• Observe and assess progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with IEP teams.
