Job summary

Beaver Dam Health Care Center in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our compassionate care team. You will evaluate and treat residents with swallowing and communication disorders, document progress, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident independence.

Qualified candidates hold an MS in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Communication/Language Skills — Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Reasoning Ability — Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
MS in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Speech-Language Pathology Licensure

Responsibilities

Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to evaluate, treat, document and/or facilitate care for residents with swallowing or communication impairments.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as required.
Assist the Director of Nursing Service to develop communication and/or swallowing decline prevention policies and procedures.
