Job summary

Cole Health is seeking a CCC-SLP with pediatric feeding experience for our Houston team. You’ll join a collaborative group of SLPs, OTs, PTs and other clinicians, providing care for pediatric feeding cases in a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

We offer a range of compensation options including guaranteed hourly W-2, pay-per-visit and contractor arrangements, with a focus on work-life balance and career growth.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP with at least 1 year of pediatric feeding experience, including complex medical cases.
• Texas SLP license is required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric feeding therapy, including complex medical cases.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs and other clinicians to support patient progress.
• Maintain a manageable caseload with flexible scheduling and life balance.

Compensation Options

Guaranteed Hourly W-2: $33–$41/hour + benefits

Pay-Per-Visit W-2: $50–$76/hour for therapy, $80 Evaluation + benefits at 20+ hours/week

Contractor/PRN: $60/treatment | $80/evaluation
