Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (APSA/AHA acceptable).
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients to improve speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers to promote independence.
• Maintain equipment and participate in team meetings to coordinate care.
• Act as a teacher/trainer for patients and caregivers to sustain progress.
