Qualifications

• Nine-month internship with certificate of clinical competency/completion.
• Two years experience and demonstrated leadership to act as area supervisor or weekend supervisor.
• CPR certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluation/assessment using clinical judgement.
• Documents and interprets findings from evaluation/assessment.
• Develops speech/language treatment plans to support patient goals.
• Obtains physician orders for procedures/therapies.
• Delegates tasks based on patient load and staffing.
