Job description

Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide early intervention services in Schuylkill County, PA, for children aged birth to 3 years. This is a per diem opportunity that can expand to a full caseload as desired. Travel to home and community locations is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) by providing speech therapy to children from birth to age 3, including family/caregiver consultation.
2. Provide services in homes, daycares, and community settings.
3. Coach families/caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate engagement and skill transfer.
4. Participate in IFSP and multidisciplinary team meetings to evaluate needs and develop or revise therapy goals.
5. Maintain all required documentation and reports in compliance with deadlines and regulations.
