Job summary

Soliant in Dover, Delaware is seeking a travel speech-language pathologist (SLP) or CFY to join our school-based team. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, delivering services to students from early childhood through age 22, while enjoying the flexibility of a travel position.

You’ll plan and provide evidence-based therapy, complete diagnostic and progress reports, and collaborate with families and educators to support IEP objectives.

Qualifications

• SLP or CFY eligible for Delaware licensure.
• Experience with moderate to severe disabilities is a plus.
• Strong communicator and effective team collaborator.
• Ability to adapt, solve problems, and maintain a student-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy, including assistive technology, AAC, social language, articulation, oral-motor, voice, feeding, and language delay support.
• Perform diagnostic and evaluation testing and provide thorough assessment reports.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP objectives for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with parents, educators, and staff regarding student progress and support needs.
