Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital in Georgia is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves providing speech-language pathology services, coordinating consultations, and evaluating patients across neonatal to geriatric ages.

You will interpret assessment data, develop treatment programs, supervise rehabilitation technicians and students, and contribute to ongoing staff development within a supportive, patient-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders from an accredited graduate school.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Georgia licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• BCLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provides speech-language pathology services by coordinating consultations and diagnostic evaluations.
• Interprets assessment data and plans treatment programs when appropriate.
• Supervises rehabilitation technicians, students, and observers.
• Provides patient care to all ages and guides staff orientation.
