Job summary

North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate patients, plan treatments, supervise interns, and collaborate with the rehab team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology required.
• Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and CPR certified.
• Demonstrates leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise interns and mentor new staff.
• Maintain productivity within department targets and budget.
• Coordinate patient care with PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs and rehab staff.
• Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Cover other rehab areas as needed to meet patient care needs.
