Beyond Speech Therapy, LLC (DBA Beyond Pediatric Therapy) is a pediatric multidisciplinary private practice in Dover, DE, inviting Clinical Fellows to start in June 2026. You will join a team that values family-centered care and professional growth.

You will receive direct supervision from experienced CCC-SLPs, weekly feedback, and opportunities to collaborate with OT, PT, and mental health therapists in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (graduating by June 2026).
• Eligibility for Delaware SLP Licensure and ASHA CF certificate.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create developmentally appropriate treatment plans.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions focused on communication, articulation, feeding, AAC, and social skills.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Document sessions, progress notes, and reports in a timely, compliant manner.
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship sessions, and professional development opportunities.
