Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist for 2026–2027 in New Castle County, DE. The onsite role supports Kindergarten through 6th grade with a blended elementary caseload of about 45 students and a focus on mentoring and professional growth.

The program includes evaluations, IEP participation, and collaboration with families and educators, with strong mentorship from experienced SLPs throughout the CF year.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Speech-Language Pathology required or imminent CFY eligibility.
  • Eligible for Delaware SLP licensure upon completion and supervision.
  • Interest in school-based practice and mentorship-driven environment.

Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellowship Year (CF-SLP)
School-Based | Roles across New Castle County, Delaware
Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year

Salary: $60,000–$61,000 annually

AnthroMed Education is seeking passionate and motivated Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologists for anticipated full-time, school-based opportunities for the 2026–2027 school year.

We have been selected as a partner for the district and are currently anticipating multiple elementary school opportunities. While final school placements are still being determined, we're excited to begin connecting with upcoming graduates who are interested in launching their school-based careers in a supportive environment.

About the Opportunity

This onsite opportunity will support students in Kindergarten through 6th grade with a variety of communication needs. Clinical Fellows can expect a blended elementary caseload and the opportunity to build valuable experience providing therapy, participating in evaluations, and collaborating with educators and families.

  • Location: Positions across New Castle County, DE
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • School Year: August 18, 2026 – June 15, 2027
  • Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 6th Grade
  • Caseload: Approximately 45 students
  • Workspace: Shared office space (dependent on school placement)

Students may present with a variety of communication needs, including:

  • Autism
  • Fluency disorders
  • Other speech and language disorders commonly seen in elementary school settings

Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and school-based documentation is preferred but not required. Throughout your Clinical Fellowship, you'll receive mentorship and guidance as you develop confidence in these areas.

What Your CF Year Will Look Like

As a school-based Clinical Fellow, you will:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Support students with articulation, language, Autism, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication needs
  • Participate in evaluations, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Build confidence managing a school-based caseload with ongoing mentorship and support
  • Develop your skills in service delivery, documentation, and educational collaboration
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Upcoming graduate or recent graduate eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship
  • Eligible for Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
  • Passion for working with pediatric and school-age populations
