About Kids Home Health Care in Colorado Springs is offering a Clinical Fellowship for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP). Youll be supported by an experienced pediatric SLP and work within a multidisciplinary ABA team, primarily at our Colorado Springs center with opportunities for home health visits.

You will receive dedicated CF supervision, hands-on mentorship, and a collaborative clinical environment designed to help you grow as a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist while meeting ASHA

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech‑language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence‑based speech and language therapy
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and families
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Track Clinical Fellowship hours and maintain ASHA compliance
• Provide occasional home health visits as needed based on caseload and patient needs

Unlike many Clinical Fellowship opportunities, this position is primarily based in our Colorado Springs ABA center, where you'll work alongside an experienced pediatric SLP as part of a multidisciplinary team. You'll have daily collaboration with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and other therapy professionals while treating children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental diagnoses. Depending on your interests and caseload, you may also provide home health visits throughout the Colorado Springs area.

About The Position
