About Kids Home Health Care in Colorado Springs, CO seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist – Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) to join a pediatric ABA team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating children with autism and other developmental disorders in a clinic setting, with potential Home Health visits.

The CF position offers dedicated supervision, ASHA-compliant guidance, and strong mentorship within a therapist-owned, Colorado-only organization.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Colorado Provisional SLP License or eligible by start date.
• Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines.
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain on hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Track Clinical Fellowship hours and maintain ASHA compliance.
• Provide occasional home health visits as needed based on caseload and patient needs.
