Role:

Speech/Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Clinical Fellowship in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders, develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, monitor student progress, and offer training to teachers and staff on speech therapy strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field, valid SLP license in the state of residence, with preferred experience in schools, early childhood, or pediatrics. Must have strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and community members; and maintain accurate, confidential student records.
