Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Conduct in-home speech therapy assessments and treatments for pediatric and geriatric patients
• Provide direct care, evaluate medical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation potential
• Accurately document treatment plans and patient progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong communication skills for coordination with staff and clinicians
• Maintain current CPR certification and adhere to safety protocols
