_*Key Responsibilities:*_
* Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with communication disorders.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to support students' academic and social success.
* Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, receptive and expressive language, and pragmatic communication skills.
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal student outcomes.
* Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students' communication goals in the classroom.
* Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IEP requirements using our streamlined technology system.

_*Qualifications:*_
* Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or expected graduation within the next few months).
* New York State TSSLD Certification (or is in the process of obtaining it).
* Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in pediatric and school-based populations.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to commute or relocate to New York, NY, before starting work.
