Job summary

Cole Pediatric Therapy in Lumberton, NC is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or CF/SLP to join our flexible, mission-driven team. This role offers full-time, part-time, or contract options with scheduling options in clinic or school settings.

Compensation may be structured as Pay-Per-Visit or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate, depending on your preference. On-site location at 210 Liberty Hill Road, Lumberton, NC 28358.

Qualifications

• Pediatric speech therapy experience (internships, CF, or licensed).
• North Carolina SLP license or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!

This role offers a TON of flexibility, including 3–4 days per week in clinic or school settings and if a CCC-SLP then 1 day providing virtual direct supervision, indirect supervision/paperwork, and telehealth services.

Full-time, part-time & contract options available.

Compensation may be structured as Pay-Per-Visit (PPV) or a Guaranteed Hourly Rate, depending on your preference.

Compensation

• $30-$35 per 30-minute treatment


• $70 per evaluation (Negotiable)


• Guaranteed Hourly Rate: $32–$41/hour, commensurate with experience
