Job summary

Regency Care of Rogue Valley in Grants Pass, OR seeks a Speech Therapist - Clinical Fellow to join our in-house therapy team. This CF role offers hands-on medical SLP experience with structured supervision and CCC mentorship.

You will evaluate and treat adults with dysphasia and cognitive-communication disorders, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab/nursing team, and develop clinical reasoning in a medically diverse setting.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Eligible for state licensure in Oregon.
• Passion for working with older adults.
• Strong communication and clinical curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and treatment for adults with dysphasia, cognitive-communication, and speech/language disorders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab and nursing team.
• Develop clinical reasoning skills in a medically diverse setting.
• Receive consistent mentorship to support CCC attainment.
