Job summary

Summit Therapy (Texas) seeks a dedicated CCC-SLP to join our supportive clinic. You will evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders, treat on a regular schedule, and provide education to families and professionals. This role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and supervision of CF-SLPs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP credential required or eligible.
• Ability to supervise CF-SLPs and supervise CF-SLPs.
• Experience evaluating and diagnosing speech and language disorders.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

The Ideal SLP Will

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication disorders.
• Treat speech, language, communication disorders on a regular schedule
• Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals.
• Work collaboratively with professionals from many other disciplines
• Supervise clinical fellows (CF SLPs)
• Engage in research to enhance knowledge about human communication processes and develop new assessment and treatment methods that may lead to more effective outcomes.
• Provide counseling and consultative services.
• Train and supervise support personnel.

Must Be Able To

• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Read, write, type using a computer
• Attend trainings and meetings as required
