Sidekick Therapy Partners is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year and beyond. Positions in Claiborne County Schools in Tazewell, TN offer 1:1 therapy for children in schools, with no required IEP meetings and flexible scheduling.

CF-SLPs on track to earn a Master's; CCC-SLPs with Master's, ASHA CCC-SLP, and Tennessee licensure are encouraged to apply. W2 positions include health benefits, 401(k) match, and company-supported professional development and bonuses.

Qualifications

• CF-SLPs: on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and Tennessee licensure.
• All therapists must adhere to ASHA standards and state/federal regulations.
• 1:1 therapy sessions with children in schools—no IEP meetings required

Requirements

• CF-SLPs: Must be on track to earn a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLPs: Must hold a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP certification, and be eligible for Tennessee licensure.
