Job summary

The Progress Village in metro Atlanta is growing its pediatric therapy team with flexible scheduling options in North Decatur and Conyers. We offer comprehensive speech-language pathology services for neurodivergent children, with full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities.

You will deliver 1:1 speech therapy for children aged 3 and up, assess and update care plans, train families with home strategies, and document efficiently in our EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.
• GA license active or eligible within 30 days.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP welcome (supervision available).
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 speech therapy for kids 3 and up.
• Evaluate, treat, and update plans of care.
• Coach parents with strategies that work at home.
• Document fast—voice-to-text + templates in our EMR.
• Collaborate with OT when it helps the kid.

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Contract (10–40 hrs/week; after-school blocks available)

Compensation: $62,000 – $99,800
