Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools. You will evaluate needs, communicate results, and collaborate on targeted interventions within ARD processes.

Provide direct therapy or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and participate in ARD meetings to support students’ educational access and success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active Texas licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Bilingual skills required.

Your Role:

As aSpeech-Language Pathologist, you’ll play a vital role in helping students overcome communication challenges and thrive in their educational settings. Here’s how you’ll contribute:

Evaluate Needs: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for specialized therapy services.

Communicate Findings: Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

Support Team: Participate in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to advocate for and support students’ special education programs.
