Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation's Bartram Crossing location in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to administer and supervise therapy for diverse rehab diagnoses under a PT's direction.

You will complete new patient evaluations, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care while maintaining clear documentation and patient engagement. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license in Florida.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Knowledge of state and federal professional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete the new patient evaluation and establish customized treatment plans.
• Participate in implementing patient care programs and rehab strategies.
• Deliver high-quality care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses.
