Speech-Language Pathologist job at Bravo Recruiting Solutions Corp. Appling, GA.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team on a 12-week contract basis. Speech-Language Pathologists are responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages. They work with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and help them improve their communication skills and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each client's specific needs
  • Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to provide holistic care for clients
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment as needed
  • Document clients' progress throughout treatment
  • Keep detailed records of patients' progress and treatment plans
  • Provide education and counseling to clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
  • Stay up to date on latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA) and other relevant organizations
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA
  • State licensure or certification to practice as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
