About Us: We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our team in the Baltimore, MD area. Our organization provides high-quality speech and language services to students in a supportive educational environment. We have multiple openings for the upcoming school year and offer competitive salaries and professional development opportunities.Position Summary: As an SLP or SLPA, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' academic and social success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals.
  • Provide training to teachers and staff on communication strategies.
Qualifications:
For SLPs:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid state licensure in Maryland.

  • Valid state licensure in Maryland.
