Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in the Fort Lupton, CO area for the 2026-2027 school year. This school-based contract position offers a rewarding environment with a collaborative team.

37.5 hours per week align with the academic schedule, providing balance and routine. You will deliver direct services under a licensed SLP, support IEP goals, and engage with educators and families to ensure carryover of skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Colorado SLPA license.
• Experience working with early childhood and/or elementary-aged children is highly desired.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of speech/language needs within a school setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Capacity for teamwork with SLPs, teachers, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement therapy activities to address student IEP goals.
• Track student progress and assist with necessary documentation.
• Prepare engaging materials to support student learning.
• Collaborate with educators and families to encourage carryover of skills.
• Support classroom success for early childhood and elementary school students.
