Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Texarkana, TX is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our pediatric in-home therapy team. This PRN, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a starting pay of $36.00 per session.

We provide a supportive, joyful culture with growth opportunities and CEU stipends. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available to eligible candidates who join our collaborative care team dedicated to helping children find their voice.

• Licensed SLPA in Texas.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics.
• Positive, energetic attitude and a heart for helping children.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Support children in developing speech, language, social, and communication skills.
• Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and celebrate progress.
• Keep detailed documentation and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.
