Required Qualifications

• Speech/Language Pathologist, Acute
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: SLP‐PA (Copy needed)
• Certifications: BLS‐AHA (Copy needed); ASHA‐American Speech Language Hearing Association (Copy needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
