Jefferson Health in the Philadelphia region seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning across acute care, skilled facilities, acute rehab and outpatient settings. The role includes opportunities to participate in student education and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC, state license and CPR; 0–2 years of clinical practice accepted.

Formación

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• ASHA CCC in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• State license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of clinical practice preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide therapy evaluations, treatment planning, interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Participate in student education (part-time ICE, OT level 1 or full-time student).
• Plan, organize and deliver treatment programs to help clients recover and rehabilitate.
• Document health progress information, daily treatments, evaluations and discharge summaries.
