Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support therapy services at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This role offers flexible hours in a therapist-led environment with competitive PRN pay and collaboration across settings.

Ideal candidates hold a Wisconsin SLP license and ASHA CCCs, and are passionate about working with older adults in skilled nursing environments. Join a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin SLP license required to practice.
• ASHA CCCs preferred or required per state licensure.
• Ability to evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
