Job summary

Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support therapy services at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Wisconsin SLP license required to practice.
• ASHA CCCs preferred or required per state licensure.
• Ability to evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Accurately document services per regulatory and company standards.
