Adventist Health is seeking a motivated speech language pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in Hanford, CA. This position will evaluate and treat patients mainly at our Hanford hospital, including VFSS evaluations and will also provide intermittent coverage at our Tulare, Selma, and Reedley hospitals. Essential Functions:

Patient caseload of 8 patients/day. Reviews patient information before evaluations and during course of treatment. Conducts and documents comprehensive patient assessments. Assists in data collection of patient outcomes. Instructs and directs support staff, as outlined in national and state Practice Acts. Supervises assistants and support staff. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

• Master's Degree: Required
• One year of inpatient Speech Language Pathology experience: Required

Licenses/Certifications:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competency: Required. Accepting CFY applicants!
