Job summary

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to empower students and schools with compassionate service and evidence-based therapy. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, share results with families, and collaborate on tailored interventions that support IEP goals.

You’ll deliver direct therapy or supervise assistants, monitor progress, and participate in ARD activities to advocate for students’ needs within educational programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs: Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations to identify students’ needs for therapy services.
• Communicate findings: Share evaluation results with parents and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Develop interventions: Collaborate with ARD to create evidence-based therapeutic plans.
• Provide therapy: Deliver therapy services or supervise assistants in implementing IEP goals.
• Monitor progress: Maintain detailed records and use data to adjust interventions as needed.
• Support team: Participate in ARD meetings and parent conferences to advocate for students’ programs.
