Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy across ASD classrooms in Redford, Michigan. The full-time role supports three buildings within a three-mile radius, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for student success.

The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, Michigan licensure eligibility, and CCC-SLP (or eligibility). CFs welcome with supervision and growth opportunities in a supportive district.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in progress).
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan (LARA).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply, with dedicated supervision and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday.
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support students’ communication skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communications.
• Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
• Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Grade Levels/Caseload:Supporting K-12th grade students across the district's ASD classrooms through push in and small group therapy
Salary Range: $62,000-$78,000 salary (paid weekly), based on experience and qualifications.
Paid Time Off:6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.
