Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. Positions include Elementary through High School settings, PK–12 programs, and special programs with in-person and hybrid options.

We offer a $10K sign-on and $50–$60 per hour with guaranteed pay, plus robust clinical support, mentorship for CF-SLPs, and collaborative teams of OTs, PTs, and educators.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for CF-SLP/CFY.
• Active NH SLP license or eligibility.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based speech-language therapy services.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy in individual and small-group sessions.
• Address receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, AAC needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Executive functioning and academic language skills
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
