Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) across New Hampshire for the 2026–2027 school year. We offer in-person and hybrid placements with guaranteed pay and a $50–$60 hourly rate, along with a $10K sign-on bonus.

Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) are welcome, and we tailor placements by experience, age group, and geography. Opportunities span elementary to high school, PK–12, and specialized programs with strong support and ongoing professional guidance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP eligibility or CF-SLP/CFY
• Active New Hampshire SLP license or eligibility
• School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities Vary By Placement But May Include

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions
• Support students with:
  • Receptive and expressive language disorders
  • Social/pragmatic communication
  • Executive functioning and academic language skills
  • Articulation and phonological disorders
  • Fluency disorders
  • Voice disorders
  • AAC and assistive communication needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success
