Therapy Source is excited to announce an opportunity for passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) licensed in the state of Tennesseeto join our dynamic team and provide virtual therapy services to students. This 100% remote position offers the flexibility to build your caseload gradually, starting with around 5 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as more cases are assigned.

With a user-friendly online platform provided, you can focus on what matters most—delivering quality care to students in need.

  • Location : Online (Virtual Platform)
  • Scheduling : Flexible – Begin with a minimum of 5 hours per week, with opportunities for increased hours as cases grow
  • Salary Range : $50-$55 per hour

Qualifications :

  • Licensure : Valid Tennessee Speech-Language Pathologist License
  • Clearances : Up-to-date clearances or willingness to obtain them
  • Professional Liability Insurance : Proof of individual liability insurance or readiness to acquire it

Responsibilities of Speech-Language Pathologists May Include :

  • Conducting evaluations and developing personalized goals for students requiring speech therapy.
  • Providing speech and language intervention services as outlined in students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Supporting students in achieving their personal, academic, and social communication goals.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Collaborating with educators and families to ensure holistic support for each student.
