Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Woodstock, IL is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care created after evaluation.

The role requires administering standardized speech and language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, and developing and monitoring treatment plans. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and the treatment team
